Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

Serving Christ by Sharing the Bread of Life

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMHCs) are entrusted with the sacred privilege of assisting in the distribution of the Body and Blood of Christ during the celebration of the Mass. Through reverence, humility, and faithful service, they help ensure that all who are properly disposed may receive Holy Communion with dignity and care.

Beyond the celebration of the Eucharist, some Extraordinary Ministers are called to bring Holy Communion to parishioners who are homebound or unable to attend Mass, extending the love and presence of Christ beyond the walls of the church.
