  • What are the Vendor Fees?

    Artisan & Handmade Goods: $100

    Community & Business Exhibitors: $150

    Food Vendors & Food Trucks: $250

    All fees cover participation for the full festival weekend.

  • What are booth sizes?

    Booth sizes and setup details will be provided upon application approval.

  • Is electricity available?

    Availability varies by location. Please indicate electrical needs on your application.

  • Are spaces assigned on a first-come basis?

    Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-approved basis. Early applications are encouraged.

  • When can vendors set up?

    Approved vendors will receive setup instructions and arrival times before the festival.

  • Can food vendors participate?

    Yes. Food vendors are welcome and must meet applicable licensing and health requirements.

  • Are ministries charged a fee?

    Parish ministries are welcome to participate and should contact the festival committee chairperson for information regarding booth registration.
